Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 24hrs. We are fundamentally a racing team so there may be some exceptions to this and these could be due to orders being placed on weekends or the team are away racing.
Once the order is processed we send all parcels through Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Tooles Transport or DHL. These packages are sent on a 48hr insured and tracked service.
We are constantly reviewing our delivery options and working hard to add more countries to our shipping destinations. All items on the website can be sent to the following areas:

Items such as accessories and merchandise can be sent to the following areas:
Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.
Refund Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. Goods correctly supplier may not be returned without written agreement.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, consigned carriage paid and a supporting letter detailing the reason for return.
We cannot except goods that have been used.
A restocking charge of approximately 2% will be applied.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Vehicle Tuning Products, wheels after they have been fitted to the vehicle or fitted with tyres. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must have written confirmation from us that the return is valid and that we will accept the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please send us an email at info@tdm.uk.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
